●What payment methods does Hown - store accept?
We accept PayPal and all major CC via PayPal. Making purchases on Hown - store is not only easy, but also safe! Pay via PayPal, you can pay with your credit card (ALL CC) if you have no a PayPal account. With a PayPal account, you're eligible for free return shipping, Purchase Protection, and more.
●When will I get my money back?
The money will be returned to the account from which you paid, within 7-14 days. This is due to card processors and banks having variable processing times for transactions - on our side the cancellation happens immediately. If you do not see the money due to you for a refund after 14 days have passed, please let us know and we will figure out what happened
●How much time is needed for the dispatch and delivery of my item?
Dispatch 1-3 days, delivery 12-15 days, average delivery time All items will be shipped directly to you from our warehouses within 1-2 business days, we provide the tracking number for each of them. For the USA most items are delivered within 2-6 business days, however, please allow 12-15 business days. For the EU countries the items are delivered within 8-15 business days, however, please allow 15-18 business days. For international, it usually takes 12-15 working days, however, please allow 15-29 business days,
